The Roles Role 1:Solicitor with a strong background inCommercial Property Requirement:Qualified Solicitor witha minimum of 1 year PQE Key Responsibilities Managing a mixed caseload of commercial property and development matters Handling acquisitions, refinances, and drafting/negotiating leases and development agreements Providing high-quality legal advice on planning, construction and financing matters within commercial development Drafting and negotiating legal documents including: Leases Sale & Purchase Agreements Overage Agreements Promotion Agreements Pre-emption Agreements Development Contracts
