Assist clients with all aspects of commercial property transactions, including sales, leases, and developments. Perform due diligence on properties, reviewing titles, planning permissions, and environmental reports. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for property transactions. Advise on landlord and tenant matters, such as lease renewals and rent adjustments. Resolve disputes involving boundaries, contracts, and leases. Work closely with clients, solicitors, and other professionals on property transactions. Stay updated on property law changes to provide informed advice. Manage a varied caseload with precision and efficiency. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering laws and legal requirements.
About You
Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate. Minimum 3 Years PQE within Commercial Property
