A Solicitors firm based in central Cambridge is looking to recruit an additional commercial property expert to their thriving and growing team.

It is likely that the successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with upwards of 1 year PQE in commercial property work.

This firm enjoys a fantastic reputation for commercial property work in the Cambridgeshire area .The team deals with a wide range of matters including with acquisitions and disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant work including leases and licences, and property finance transactions.

The salary on offer for this role will be based on experience but will be competitive. In addition to this they offer a comprehensive benefits package to all their people. Other benefits include
