Commercial Property Solicitor sought for an opportunity in a well regarded London firm. This is a position for a commercial property solicitor with at least three years post qualification experience.

The Firm

Our client is a well regarded firm with a growing London office. They have a newly created commercial property role at the mid level to work on a broad range of commercial property matters.

The Opportunity

This opportunity will be working on a wide range of commercial property matters including landlord & tenant, site acquisitions, freehold commercial purchases and wayleave agreements. Solicitors have a high level of responsibility in a supportive and collegiate environment.

All fee earners are encouraged to be proactive with regards to business development and they are particularly keen to see commercially minded property solicitors who are keen to help build the practice in the long term.

Requirements

• Applicants must have at least three years commercial property experience in a well regarded Law firm
• Broad commercial property experience
• An interest in business development and marketing activities
