Role | Commercial Property Solicitor

Experience | 2–8 years PQE

Offer | £45,000 – £70,000 per annum

We are working with a well-established and reputable firm who are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy property team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a mix of high-quality commercial work, a supportive environment, and opportunities for career progression.

The role provides exposure to a variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, and property due diligence, while maintaining a manageable caseload. The team is collaborative, with strong support structures in place to ensure you can focus on delivering excellent client service.

Typical duties would include:

• Acting on a range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasehold matters
• Advising clients on landlord and tenant issues, leases, and property-related agreements
• Conducting property due diligence and reporting for commercial transactions
• Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions
• Managing files from instruction to completion while maintaining high standards of client care

The successful candidate will be:

• Experienced in commercial property work, ideally with 2–8 years PQE
• Able to manage a caseload independently, while working effectively within a team
• Detail-orientated, organised, and client-focused
• Proactive, with strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
