Service Care Solutions is working with a well-regarded law firm, based in Cheltenham, who are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident solicitor who enjoys handling a varied commercial property caseload and is looking for a role that offers both flexibility and long-term career prospects.

Role: Commercial Property Solicitor
Salary: £65,000 to £75,000
Location: Cheltenham - hybrid

The role:

Managing a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, landlord and tenant work and development matters
Working closely with existing clients while also contributing to business development
Joining a supportive, collaborative team with a strong local reputation.The ideal candidate:

A qualified solicitor with ideally 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property.
Able to manage files independently with minimal supervision.
Commercially minded, with strong client-care and business development skills.Benefits:
