The Role

We are seeking a driven and personable Commercial Property Agent to join our busy commercial agency team. This is a client-facing role focused on the sale and letting of commercial property across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Marketing commercial properties (industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use)
• Handling enquiries and arranging/viewings
• Negotiating sales and lettings on behalf of clients
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors
• Generating new instructions and winning business
• Managing deals from initial enquiry through to completion
• Keeping up to date with local market activity and opportunities

About You

• Experience in estate agency or commercial property (residential agents looking to move into commercial also considered)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven
• Ability to build rapport and win new business
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
