The Role:

Nixon McQuade are working with a Leading Firm in Edinburgh who are searching for a Real Estate Solicitor.

Our client seeks a Real Estate Solicitor to join its established real estate team. The role involves providing expert legal advice, overseeing complex transactions, and delivering comprehensive legal solutions to a diverse client base within the real estate sector.

The Person:

• 4 + years PQE Solicitor.
• Oversee and manage complex real estate transactions from initial structuring to final closing.
• Advise clients on strategic legal issues across diverse real estate matters, delivering practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Direct and perform detailed due diligence reviews of property documentation, identifying legal risks and negotiating resolutions.
• Strong communication & client management.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
