Commercial Refrigeration Service Engineer - East Midlands

East Midlands – up to 45K (but can be flexible) – D2D Travel + Regular overtime opportunities.

My client is a long-established commercial refrigeration specialist looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Engineer to strengthen our service team. This is a key role within the business, offering stability, technical challenge, and strong support.

This position is suited to a commercial refrigeration engineer with strong fault-finding ability and experience working on complex refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities

Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Reactive breakdowns and fault diagnosis
Servicing of commercial refrigeration systems
Main area of coverage working across the East Midlands.
Essential Experience & Qualifications

Strong experience with multi-compressor packs
RDM controls knowledge essential
Minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration
F-Gas certified (CO₂ experience desirable)
Confident working independently on service and diagnostics
Package & Benefits

£38,000 – £40,000 basic salary (some flexibility for right candidate)
Door-to-door travel (40-hour week)
