Commercial Sales Manager\n Bradford\n £45,000-£50,000 + Bonus\n \n A well-established and growing manufacturing business within the architectural and building materials sector is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to lead and develop its internal commercial function.\n \n This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Commercial Sales Manager to join a respected industry organisation supplying specialist products to customers across the UK. The successful Commercial Sales Manager will play a key role in driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and leading the internal sales team to deliver commercial success.\n \n The role will suit a commercially focused Commercial Sales Manager who thrives in a leadership environment and has experience working within manufacturing, technical products, or the glass/building materials sector.\n \n Key Responsibilities\n Lead and support the internal commercial sales team to maximise performance and profitability\n Drive business development activity with both new and existing customers\n Oversee estimating, sales administration, and conversion performance across the sales function\n Manage customer relationships from enquiry through to delivery and aftercare\n Monitor team performance through KPIs and commercial metrics\n Work closely with senior leadership to support budgeting and commercial strategy\n Support development of systems, CRM usage, and internal processes\n Provide technical guidance to the sales team where required\n Assist in shaping long-term business growth strategy\n \n The successful Commercial Sales Manager will also play an important role in coaching and mentoring the commercial team to develop their capabilities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.\n \n Key Requirements\n Experience within the glass industry or closely related sectors\n Strong technical understanding of products within a manufacturing environment\n Experience managing internal sales teams or commercial teams\n Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities\n Ability to analyse sales performance and drive improvement\n Customer-focused with strong commercial awareness\n \n This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager looking to make a real impact within a growing and ambitious organisation.\n \n Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + bonus\n Location: Bradford\n Type: Full-time, office-based with occasional site/customer visits\n \n Apply online NOW or for further information or a confidential discussion, please contact: Helen HMIND INDHM
