Salary: £70,000 to £90,000 depending on experienceBonus: EBITDA-linked bonus scheme (circa 10%)Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pmLunch provided 3 days per weekCompany car or car allowance (flexible)On-site parkingThe OpportunityWe are recruiting an experienced Sales & Commercial Manager to lead and elevate a well-established B2B sales function within a growing manufacturing-led business.This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full ownership of sales performance, pipeline conversion, commercial rigour and team accountability.
