Job Description

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Commercial Sales Representative - Meatto join our growing team in the pet food sector and to buid our presence on UK market.

This role focuses on developing and managing B2B relationships for meat-based raw materials supplied to pet food manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow sales of meat and meat by-products to pet food manufacturers

  • Identify new business opportunities in domestic and export markets

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing customers

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements

  • Monitor market trends in protein commodities and pet food demand

  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and margin objectives

  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and events

Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience in meat trading, protein sales, or pet food raw materials

  • Strong understanding of meat supply chains (fresh, frozen, rendered products, offal, etc.)

  • Existing network within pet food manufacturing is highly desirable

  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage margins and commodity price fluctuations

  • Self-motivated and target-driven

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Willingness to travel as required
