We are working with a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked law firm seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join its established team in Marlow. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to develop their career within a highly regarded practice advising a diverse client base on a wide range of commercial matters. The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative team, working with clients ranging from growing businesses to established organisations across a variety of sectors. The role offers exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise in commercial law. Key Responsibilities

Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts including supply, distribution, agency and service agreements Assist with drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients on day-to-day commercial matters Support senior lawyers on more complex transactions and projects Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision Build and maintain strong client relationships Contribute to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the practice

About You

Qualified Solicitor with NQ-5 years' PQE Experience in commercial contracts or general commercial work Strong drafting and negotiation skills Excellent communication and client relationship abilities Organised, proactive and commercially mindedn>1> Able to work both independently and as part of a team Keen to develop your career within a recognised commercial practice
