Commercial Solicitor (3+ Years' PQE)Henley-on-ThamesA well-established law firm based in Henley-on-Thames, specialising in Corporate, Commercial, Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution legal services for businesses, is seeking to recruit an experiencedCommercial Solicitor with circa 3+ years' PQE to join its growing team.This role offers you the opportunity to work closely with business clients, providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice across a wide range of sectors.The RoleAs the successful candidate, you will advise businesses on a broad range of commercial matters, including:Negotiating, reviewing and drafting a wide range of business contracts to ensure that clients effectively manage their business and their relationships with customers, suppliers, service providers and business partnersAdvising on commercial agreements such as terms and conditions, supply agreements, service agreements, distribution and agency agreementsWorking alongside colleagues in the corporate, litigation and ADR teams to provide joined-up, strategic advice to clientsAssisting clients with commercial risk management and dispute avoidanceManaging a varied caseload with an appropriate level of autonomyBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiativesAbout YouQualified solicitor in England and Wales with circa 3+ years' PQE in commercial lawStrong drafting and negotiation skills with a pragmatic, commercially aware approachExperience advising business clients and understanding their commercial objectivesConfident, organised and capable of managing matters efficientlyA collaborative team player with an interest in working within a business-focused practiceThe Firm OffersA high-quality practice focused on advising businessesA supportive and collegiate working environmentExposure to a broad mix of corporate, commercial, litigation and ADR workClear opportunities for career development and progressionCompetitive salary and benefits, commensurate with experienceThe opportunity to be based in the attractive market town of Henley-on-ThamesTo apply please contact Gayle Woolf at G2 Legal, or click on the link. #J-18808-Ljbffr
