Our City firm client is looking for a Commercial, Technology & Outsourcing Associate (2-4 PQE) to join its award-winning team in London.

This is an opportunity to work on high-profile, cutting-edge projects for an exciting mix of global clients.

You will advise on a broad range of Commercial and Technology matters, including:

• Complex commercial contracts
• Technology agreements (cloud, systems development, digital transformation)
• Advertising and marketing work
• Adtech and adtech data matters
• IT, BPO and logistics outsourcing
• Data protection and technology regulation, including emerging issues such as AI.

You will work with a diverse client base including:

• Major global technology and digital companies
• Technology suppliers and fintech businesses
• Leading retail and consumer brands
• Media organisations
• Major insurers and brokers
• Innovative scale-ups and start-ups.

You will have:

• 2-4 years' PQE in commercial contracts, technology or outsourcing
• A strong technical foundation and a commercial approach to negotiations
• Experience or interest in areas such as adtech, advertising, data protection or technology regulation
• The ability to build trusted client relationships
• A collaborative approach and interest in business development.
