Acting as deputy to the team lead, you will oversee a team of 12 and take the lead on national key client relationships. You deliver expert valuations, market appraisals, and consultancy advice across London and the Home Counties—while championing service excellence and commercial success. What you’ll be doing:

Spearhead business development efforts and seize cross‑selling opportunities across the wider firm. Nurture a high‑performance culture where your team is inspired to grow their networks and win new business. Take full ownership of client relationships and drive the delivery of high‑quality valuation work. Support the strategic direction of the team while enjoying real autonomy to innovate and lead.

What we’re looking for:

A commercially astute leader with a proven track record in business development and people management. Deep expertise in commercial property valuation, particularly for loan security and financial reporting purposes. Proficiency in valuation tools such as KEL and Argus. An entrepreneurial energy and a passion for growing a team and service line.
