Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per year (DOE)

Hours: Monday-Friday | 8am-6pm | No Weekends (Optional Saturday Overtime at Time & ½)

TLC Auto Refinishing Ltd is an established and respected commercial vehicle bodyshop based in Feltham. We specialise in high-quality crash repairs, refinishing, and bespoke commercial vehicle paintwork.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Painter / HGV Paint Technician to join our skilled paint department.

The Role

This is a hands-on, workshop-based position working on large commercial vehicles and fleet units.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing commercial vehicles for paint (masking, sanding, priming)
• Applying high-quality paint finishes to large vehicle panels
• Mixing and colour-matching paints accurately
• Inspecting finished work and rectifying any defects
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area
• Working efficiently to meet productivity targets without compromising quality

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a skilled and reliable commercial vehicle painter with:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a vehicle painter (HGV, PSV, fleet, or large vehicles preferred)
• Experience working on large panels and commercial units
• Strong eye for detail and quality finish
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good timekeeping and professional work ethic
• Own spray equipment preferred
• Experience painting trains, aircraft, plant machinery or other large surfaces is highly desirable.
