Duties and responsibilities related to the Commis Chef role

• Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring dishes meet Hyatt’s quality and consistency standards.
• Maintain the highest levels of hygiene and food safety in line with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations, including stock rotation, mise en place, and delivery checks.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues.
• Take initiative in learning new skills, recipes, and cooking techniques to develop as a professional chef within Hyatt Hotels.
