Commis Chef

to join their hospitality team. You will split your time between the

retail kitchen

and

hospitality operations , gaining valuable experience across both sectors. Whether you're preparing fine-dining lunches or supporting bespoke corporate events, you'll be part of a team that delivers exceptional culinary experiences within a Monday to Friday work schedule. You'll work in a modern, well-equipped kitchen alongside a supportive brigade. Creativity is encouraged, and under the guidance of a hands-on Head Chef, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills, contribute new ideas, and play an important role in delivering exceptional food for clients and guests. What You'll Be Doing: Preparing and delivering dishes to a high standard across both

retail kitchen

and

corporate hospitality

menus.

Assisting in maintaining excellent mise en place, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Supporting the Sous and Head Chef during busy service periods.

Assisting in the preparation and execution of menus for both day-to-day operations and special events.

Contributing ideas for new dishes and supporting with menu development.

Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organisation.

Collaborating with the team to deliver seamless and efficient service.

What We're Looking For: A motivated

Commis Chef

with a passion for learning and developing within the culinary industry.

Previous experience in hospitality, retail kitchens, or fine dining is desirable, but not essential.

Strong organisational skills with a meticulous approach to food preparation and presentation.

A positive, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.

Creativity, passion for flavour, and a keen eye for detail.

Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety certification.

What We Offer: A competitive salary of

£30,000 PA , with

paid overtime

at 1.5x the standard rate.

A

Monday to Friday
