Salary will be £13.45 per hour.
This post is open ended (permanent) and is full time with a working pattern of 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility may be required by mutual agreement and there may be some weekend and public holiday working.
In this role you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and service food to a high standard across a range of cuisines and styles of cooking. You will support the Chef Manager and Head chef with the delivery of a market leading customer experience. All of this is underpinned by a passion for food quality and presentation. You will be working across all areas of the university kitchens as required.
UoG Commercial Ltd is a subsidiary company wholly owned by the University of Glasgow and provides catering services as part of the new extended campus at the University.
