Under the guidance of a Michelin-experienced Executive Head Chef and a visionary owner, this Mediterranean gem blends cutting-edge cuisine with timeless elegance. Every detailfrom the hand-picked furnishings to the seasonal menuhas been curated to deliver a refined and memorable dining experience.
Commis Chef Benefits:
£14.00 per hour
Lunch & Dinner service with a small, seasonal Mediterranean menu
Professional brigade of 5 chefs
Mentorship from an Executive Head Chef with Michelin and Three AA Rosette b ackground
Prime Kensington location
30+ covers at lunch, 3040 at dinner
Set day off: Monday + one other
9:30pm typical finishing time
Commis Chef Requirements:
A reliable and enthusiastic Commis Chef with a genuine passion for Mediterranean cuisine
Eager to learn new techniques and grow within a high-performing kitchen
A team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Committed to precision, consistency, and supporting the brigade in delivering exceptional dishes
