Job Description We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen brigade. The role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their culinary career who is eager to learn, grow, and deliver exceptional dishes across our restaurants, banqueting events, and rooms service. Responsibilities include: Assistingin the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes under the guidance of senior chefs Supporting a designated kitchen section to ensure smooth service during busy periods Following all food hygiene and safety standards in line with legal and company policies Ensuring workstations and equipment are kept clean, tidy, and in good working condition Demonstrating a willingness to learn and develop new skills within a high-volume kitchen Working as part of a team to deliver a seamless guest dining experience Qualifications: Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a 4 or 5 star hotel or high-volume restaurant is desirable but not essential A strong passion for food and a desire to build a career in the culinary industry Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene preferred) Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mindset Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency Fluent in English spoken & written Must be legally eligible to work in the UK Additional Information As part of our team you can have: Discounted hotel rates all over the world in Accor Hotels Continuously learn and develop yourself with our Accor Academy Support your wellbeing in your professional and personal lives Grow your experience anywhere.
