We are looking for a warm, professional, and attentive Commis Chef to join our Kitchen team at Royal Lancaster London. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play an integral role in delivering a genuine and personalised welcome, setting the tone for an exceptional stay. With a natural passion for service and an eye for detail, you will ensure each guest experience begins and ends with effortless hospitality and care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality. We are seeking individuals with prior experience as a Commis Chef in a 4 or 5 star hotel environmentwho understand the importance of creating a warm, professional, and seamless guest experience. This is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a fast paced and high performing hotel team renowned for their approach and delivery of unparalleled service: To assist in ensuring all mis en place is stored, date coded and rotated in line with the company food safety policy.

Be compliant in the preparation and service of dishes as laid down by the departments SOP and in line with company red star standards.

Suggests suitable ideas that will improve service standards or operational procedures in the department.

Ensure understanding and compliance of the hotels food and health and safety policies.

Attend company and departmental training sessions as requested.
