Commissioning Editor – Content Acquisition Redwood is very excited to be working with a leading global academic publishing organisation which is looking to hire 2 Commissioning Editors to join their Content Acquisition Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the commissioning of high-quality articles, ensuring a steady pipeline of published material across a range of diverse medicine and health journals. These roles are offered on a hybrid basis with at least 3 days a week in their London office and 2 days working from home. This role will involve undertaking analysis of academic fields and growth areas, and engaging with researchers, building relationships with the research community and will work closely with the Journal Editors and Editorial Boards, as well as internal editorial teams. In this pivotal position, some of the responsibilities will include: Conduct structured analyses of relevant academic fields to pinpoint growth areas to identify opportunities for new content.
