What You’ll Lead As Commissioning Home Manager, you’ll lead the full registration and commissioning process while building a high‑performing, values‑driven team from scratch. You’ll drive occupancy growth, embed strong governance and operational systems, and establish the home as a trusted care provider within the local community. Nurse qualified is desirable, though not essential for an exceptional leader with credible clinical oversight.
