We're looking for caring and reliable Community Carers to join our clients team, providing essential support to elderly and vulnerable individuals in their own homes. If you're looking for a rewarding role with excellent benefits and a supportive team, we want to hear from you!
Package :
Excellent hourly rates (£13.30-£13.80).
Twice-yearly performance bonuses ( average FT workers £750-£1000 every six months)

Duties:
Supporting clients with daily living tasks, promoting independence.
Providing personal care and assistance with medication.
Building positive relationships and offering companionship.
Accompanying clients on outings and appointments.
What We Need:
A caring and empathetic nature.
A valid driving license.
Availability to work alternate weekends and flexible shifts.
Prior care experience (preferred, but not essential).
Hardworking and reliable.
