Community and Conservation Ranger AVH Parks Ltd | Part of Anglian Water Group Part Time | Rota-based incl. weekends and bank holidays Salary £15,000 prorated AVH Parks Ltd manages 14 inspiring parks across the East of England and East Midlands, including Rutland Water, Grafham Water and Alton Water. We're looking for a Community and Conservation Ranger to help make our parks outstanding places for people and wildlife. About the Role This hands-on role blends practical conservation , community engagement and volunteer support . Working with the Senior Community and Conservation Ranger and park teams, you'll help deliver conservation objectives, enhance biodiversity and provide excellent visitor experiences. What You'll Do Carry out practical conservation and habitat management work
Monitor wildlife and support biodiversity and biosecurity initiatives
Lead and support guided walks, events, school sessions and public activities
Work with volunteers, community groups and partner organisations
Help maintain paths, infrastructure and visitor areas
Support volunteer coordination, training and supervision
