We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Mental Health Support Worker to provide high-quality assistance. Your role will be working with a female service user with a diagnosis of Autism (ASD), mental health and anxiety needs. Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, PEG medication, and support to attend appointments. Foster a supportive environment by encouraging social interaction and participation in community activities. Maintain accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in the health or behaviour of service users. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and colleagues to ensure comprehensive support tailored to each individual's needs.
