This role will play a vital role in delivering our exciting new volunteering for health programme, leading the development of a volunteer passporting process, liaising with local infrastructure organisations and NHS trusts to streamline processes. We’re looking for a community project officer to play a vital role in our exciting programme Communities Health Action Together (CHAT). This pioneering project aims to embed a co-produced, scalable volunteering infrastructure across the region, improving health outcomes, enhancing the volunteer experience, and creating lasting system change.
