As a Safe and Well Coach, youll visit customers in both our refuge and community settings to complete safe and well checks. Youll address issues like anti-social behaviour or security concerns, making sure appropriate solutions are put in place. Youll always keep customer safety at the centre of everything you do, and make sure the right information is shared with the on-call manager where needed. Please note: This is an evening and weekend role (weekdays 4-10pm, weekends 12-6pm) working on a four-on and four-off shift pattern Job requirements Make sure new customers feel welcome when they move in and understand the support available and their responsibilities in the accommodation. Visit identified properties and complete the safe and well checks as agreed by the Team. Alongside the day staff, ensure that all accommodation is secure and Health and Safety Standards are met. Keep safety and risk management plans updated to reflect any new risks and respond to any safeguarding concerns or risks in line with the Risk Management Policy, and record incidents clearly and accurately.
