(Biggleswade and surrounding areas) In this role,youllprotect ourcustomers, communities and assets through prevention, early intervention, and robust case managementwhilst fostering collaborative working with customers,partnersand internal stakeholders to build sustainable communities. Salary:£37,400 + £2,665 Car Allowance Contract:Permanent, Full Time Your week: 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 9am 5:15pm) Location:Hybrid with a weekly presence in ourMilton Keynesoffice, covering a patch around Biggleswade and surrounding areas Snapshot of your role Own a case load of ASB and community safety cases, ensuringtimely, proportionate and legally compliant responses. Complete full case management, including proportionality assessments and preparation should any legal action berequired. Understand and work towards regional performance against KPIs, service standards and customer satisfactionmeasures
