Community Safety Support Worker - Fife Community Safety Support Service Help us to make a difference! We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of the service. Responsible to the Service Team Leader, you will have primary responsibility to carry a caseload of mediation cases involving disputes between neighbours. You will provide practical and emotional support to individuals suffering from hate incidents and anti-social behaviour. You will be a creative self-starter with excellent organisational and communication skills. The successful applicant will be flexible and imaginative in their approach and confident in their ability to help clients steer their way through difficult situations. Applicants must have a full driving licence and access to a car satisfying the appropriate insurance requirements. A valid driving licence and access to a car are required for this post.
