Support Worker for Young People Across South Wales - Community Based £23,809 - £29,659.50PA plus additional overtime!

Brook Street are recruiting for a Leaving Care Support Worker with prior experience and full UK driving licence (essential) for our client based in South Wales.

As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in assisting young people, helping them develop independence and navigate the transition into adulthood. You’ll take a holistic approach to empower them towards independent living. Your support will be instrumental in helping them build the skills and confidence needed to thrive as independent young adults.

ESSENTIALS: A FULL UK driving licence and access to own vehicle and willingness to travel (services from Neath to Cheptstow) A minimum of 1-year previous experience working with young people. QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People ) – Desirable
