Role: Financial Controller/Company Accountant Location: Enniskillen Hours: Full Time | Flexible working hours Pay: £40,000-£50,000 (experience dependent) Reactive Recruitment are partnering with a well-established retail business to recruit a Financial Controller/Company Accountant Benefits: 29 Days Annual Leave Private Medical Insurance Staff Discount Free Parking The Role: The successful candidate will take full ownership of financial and management accounting processes while overseeing the accounts team at Head Office. Responsibilities: Preparation of Financial and Management Accounts Full responsibility for core accounting functions including: Sales Ledger Purchase Ledger Nominal Ledger VAT Payroll Management of all accounting and financial processes Oversight and leadership of the Head Office accounts team The Requirements: Proven experience preparing Financial & Management Accounts Strong background in accounting, payroll and ledger management Ideally partially qualified in CIMA/ACA or ACCA or equivalent If you are an experienced finance professional ready to take the next step in your career within a thriving retail environment, I would welcome a confidential discussion.
