Because a role here isn’t just another job; it’s a career-defining opportunity to build the future of fintech.Job DescriptionAs a Compensation Analyst, you will be a vital member of the People team, responsible for ensuring fair and competitive compensation practices across the organisation. You will leverage your analytical skills and attention to detail to analyse, review, and process compensation data for a variety of projects and cycles. This is a hands-on role where you will not only manage day-to-day operational tasks but also contribute to key strategic initiatives like building and implementing salary bands.You will play a key part in providing crucial support during salary and bonus cycles, ensuring data integrity, and continuously seeking to improve and automate existing processes. Your ability to build relationships and communicate complex data clearly will be essential in partnering with stakeholders across the company.Who you arePrevious compensation experience at a global levelStrong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets to be able to build models and reports to analyse large volumes of dataComfortable designing, tailoring and delivering communications of sophisticated sets of dataStrong written, verbal and interpersonal relationship and communication skillsLaser-focused, with excellent attention to detailAbility to build and nurture relationships across all levels of the organisation globallyAbility to exercise confidentiality and discretionExperience or knowledge of share plans and an appreciation or understanding of tax is desirable but not requiredComfortable doing hands-on operational cyclical work as well as project workUsed to working in a fast pace environment with multiple pressing prioritiesStrong organisational skills and proven track record to work independentlyWhat the job involves:Analysing, reviewing and processing compensation data as part of ad-hoc, cyclical and project workLooking after salary survey submissions to our benchmark tools in an accurate and timely mannerProviding key support during ongoing salary review and bonus cycles through data analysis, cycle planning and dedicated comms and trainings sessionsWorking closely with the rest of the People team on reward related programmes and initiativesSupporting on all aspects of reward communication for colleagues and our stakeholders within the people teamPartnering with the wider compensation team to analyse, build, review and implement salary bandsReviewing data integrity across our systems so compensation related analysis is accurate at all timesSupporting on ad hoc compensation projects and building of new reward processesReviewing current processes to automate and continuing to seek innovative improvementsWorking with the wider Reward team to participate in cross functional projectsBring all of you to workWe create the conditions for high performers to thrive – through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.Here, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver.
