Key Responsibilities
Oversee payroll processes across multiple entities, including month-end activities in SAP
Provide expert support on compensation, benefits, and related tax and National Insurance matters
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, offering clear and professional guidance
Administer pension contributions and liaise with providers such as Scottish Widows
Prepare bonus provisions and support year-end PAYE and NI reconciliations
Submit statutory forms and payments to HMRC, including P11D(b) and PSA calculations
Participate in annual compensation and benefits surveys
Prepare and monitor salary and departmental budgets
Provide monthly headcount reports to the Global Mobility team
Establish service agreements with subsidiary companies
Candidate Profile
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables
Experience handling confidential data with discretion
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Confident communicator with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Qualifications
Proven experience running payrolls; familiarity with Moorepay is a plus
Solid understanding of UK tax laws and payroll regulations
Experience managing pensions and benefits schemes
Skilled in budget preparation and financial analysis
