We are currently working with a prestigious financial services client based in the City who's on the lookout for a talented Compensation Manager. This is a fantastic 4-6 month interim assignment with an immediate start, requiring a commitment of 3 days per week in their central London office.

- Overseeing the annual compensation review and budgeting process
- Leading reward projects, including research, analysis, and developing recommendations
