We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to provide 2:1, 24-hour care for an individual with very complex mental health needs, including: Eating disorders High-risk self-harm behaviours (including ligaturing) Emotional dysregulation Potential requirement for physical intervention/restraint in line with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Shift pattens are 12 hours shifts, both day and night and you will be expected to work every other weekend, nights is optional. Both part and full time contracts available.
