Female Complex Care Assistant (Children) Location: Chesterfield Area Pay Rate: up to £14.00 per hour (including holiday pay) IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, Routes are unable to offer a job to anyone who does not have the right to work in the UK or needs employer support. About the Role We're looking for an enthusiastic, engaging, and compassionate care assistant to support children, young people, and vulnerable adults in and around Chesterfield. You'll be working with clients with Learning Difficulties, often on the Autistic Spectrum, providing care in the community and supporting them to access activities for social stimulation. You'll be: Providing 1-2-1 personal care with dignity and respect Supporting clients with epilepsy/seizures and administering Buccal Midazolam (training provided if needed) Using alternative communication methods such as Makaton, visual aid symbols, and ...
