Complex Care Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for a compassionate, resilient Complex Care / Support Workers to provide 2:1 support for a young woman in her early 20s with complex mental health needs.

Package £12.82 per hour (weekdays) £13.03 per hour (weekends) (rate increase April 2026 TBC) Enhanced bank holiday pay 12-hour shifts (12pm12am) Pension & holiday pay Pool cars available for work duties Mileage paid for work-related travel Training loyalty bonus Ongoing training & career development support Employee Assistance Programme Company events & incentives Free uniform Responsibilities You will be supporting within both the home and community environment, focusing on: Encouraging engagement in positive activities and appointments Supporting daily routines and independent living skills Promoting safety, structure, and wellbeing Using de-escalation and distraction techniques during periods of distress Building a consistent, trusting relationship This is a 2:1 support package with 12-hour shifts (12pm12am).

Requirements Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Previous experience in mental health / complex care / support work Confident supporting individuals with: Challenging behaviours De-escalation techniques Awareness of self-harm and associated risks (desirable, not essential) Calm, patient, and emotionally resilient Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, flexible, and able to work alternate weekends A genuine passion for supporting individuals with complex needs Why Apply?
