About the Role Superior Healthcare is seeking experienced Complex Healthcare Assistants to join our team and provide exceptional care for a 29-year-old male client living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy . This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting someone to live a fulfilled and independent life while managing their complex health needs. Client Profile Age: 29
Condition: Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy
Clinical Needs: Tracheostomy care
Ventilation management
PEG/J enteral feeding
Bowel management
Bipap
Medication administration
Oral suctioning

Interests: Lego, Formula 1, nature walks, cinema, coffee shops, and TV series (currently watching Breaking Bad ).
Home Environment: No pets at the property.
What We're Looking For Experience: Previous experience in complex care is essential.
Driving: Must hold a full, clean driving licence.
Checks: Enhanced child & adult DBS and three years of referencing required.
Personal Fit: Candidates who share similar interests or are willing to engage with the client's hobbies are highly desirable.
Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to the client's complex health needs.
Support the client in enjoying hobbies and social activities.
Ensure safety and dignity at all times.
