She has Cerebral Palsy , PEG feeding requirements , scoliosis , and benefits from gentle, regular repositioning throughout the day. This is a lovely opportunity to work closely with one client and her family, providing consistent, person-centred care in the comfort of her own home.

About the role Support is expected to include a mix of day and night shifts - times to be confirmed . Your responsibilities will include: Personal care and assisting with daily routines PEG feeding and following nutrition plans Gentle moving, handling and positioning Ensuring safety, comfort and emotional wellbeing Working as part of a supportive care team
