About the Role
As a Complex Needs Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual learning and care plans
* Support sensory-based learning and therapeutic interventions
* Help implement EHCP targets and behaviour support strategies
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and medical professionals
* Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
You will play a key role in promoting communication, independence, and emotional wellbeing while helping pupils access a meaningful and engaging curriculum.

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
