Our team in Mauchline are currently recruiting for Complex Needs Practitioner Level 1's! This state of the art housing project will provide responsive support through on-site 24/7 staffing. We also have openings to provide direct 1:1 support to individuals moving into their new homes! You don't need experience in care to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll give you all the training you need to be an amazing Complex Needs Practitioner including a fully funded SVQ. However, due to the requirements of the service we are only able to consider applications from female candidates who have a full UK Driving Licence for manual vehicles. Access to your own car is not required. This is a full time post consisting of 39hrs worked as 5 shifts a week. Evening, weekend and nightshift work is required. The Role : As a Complex Needs Practitioner, you will assist individuals living in their own homes with disabilities and/or additional support needs in all aspects of their daily lives, including support with medication and finances, housework, meal preparation, cooking and personal care.
The people we support have a variety of different hobbies which we'll be looking to you to take an active interest in, from going out for a tasty bite or catching the latest movie to a gym session or group activity, the list is endless. Benefits...
