We’re supporting a global investment management firm looking to hire a Compliance Analyst into their Risk & Compliance team.

This is a broad role offering exposure across UK and international compliance within a well-established institutional platform.

The Role

You’ll support the delivery of the compliance framework, working closely with investment and risk teams to ensure strong regulatory oversight and a positive compliance culture.

Key areas include:

• Compliance monitoring reviews
• Regulatory reporting support
• Policy and procedure updates
• Advising the business on day-to-day compliance matters
• Breach management and remediation
• DDQs and third-party oversight

About You

• Experience in compliance within financial services
• Understanding of the UK regulatory environment (FCA exposure beneficial)
• Knowledge of AIFMD / MiFID helpful but not essential
• Strong organisation and communication skills
