The role of the Compliance and Services Manager is to lead on the customer's values and the overall asset's compliance. The successful candidate would enhance and maintain safety proactively and responsibly and should exceed expectatons with a 100% compliance rating. You are to work with and collaborate with all staff, tenants, contractors and stakeholders at the scheme. You are also required to develop and manage the delivery of processes and procedures that would protect persons and property. This is an active role requiring excellent communication and management skills.
