Compliance Associate

Job Description
One Ten Associates are partnering with a growing private equity fund that is looking to hire a Compliance Associate to join their Compliance team, based in London.
Reporting into the Head of Compliance, this will be a broad, generalised compliance role with duties including:
- Conduct and carry out compliance monitoring reviews in accordance to the CMP (Compliance Monitoring Programme)
- Regulatory Reporting/Disclosures
- Central Compliance (Conflicts of interest, Personal Account Dealing, Gifts & Entertainment)
- Conduct AML/KYC checks as required
- Review, advise and approve marketing materials in accordance to the relevant compliance requirements as per the jurisdiction
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-5 years compliance experience, ideally having worked within Asset Management (this can include compliance consultancy)
- Ideally have experience of private funds (private equity, private credit, real estate, venture capital)
- Candidates with wider 'asset management' compliance experience, outside of private funds, would also be considered
