Compliance Business Partner – Personal Lines Insurance

Location: London / Hybrid

We are supporting a leading insurance business in the appointment of a Compliance Business Partner to support a growing Personal Lines insurance portfolio.

This is a senior advisory role focused on providing regulatory guidance across consumer focused products.

Key duties:

• Provide guidance on product governance
• Review and advise on customer communications
• Support the delivery of the UK Compliance Plan
• Act as a trusted compliance advisor
• Monitor and interpret regulatory change
• Support regulatory engagement

Experience required:

• Strong experience in a Compliance advisory role within General Insurance.
• Exposure to Personal Lines insurance products (essential).
• Strong understanding of UK insurance regulation and product governance.
• Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders.
