Key Responsibilities Service Scheduling: Create and manage service schedules and planners across diverse fleets, ensuring all vehicles meet legal and compliance standards. Work Coordination: Book, schedule, and plan work with a wide network of suppliers to maintain efficient operations. Job Management: Chase updates, document progress, and keep internal systems updated with accurate notes. Quality Assurance: Review inspection and service sheets to ensure vehicles meet compliance requirements before returning to service. Breakdown Management: Handle breakdowns and defects from start to finish, keeping customers informed throughout.
