Compliance Lead | UK | Remote first

High-growth UK health-tech company building regulated clinical software is hiring a Compliance Lead to own quality, security, and regulatory compliance as products scale deeper into NHS and SaMD environments.

You’ll lead compliance across ISO 9001, ISO 27001, DCB0129, Cyber Essentials Plus, and take ownership of implementing ISO 13485 and ISO 14971. The role spans QMS ownership, audit readiness, NHS DSP Toolkit, clinical safety collaboration, and acting as DPO. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and clinical teams to embed proportionate, delivery-friendly governance.

We are seeking someone with health-tech or regulated software experience who understands NHS assurance, audits, and how to make compliance work in a fast-moving product environment. SaMD, UKCA/CE, or clinical safety experience a strong plus
